From Student Union to Building Platforms That Empower Women
15 February 2026
Debbie Wosskow studied at the University of Leeds, where she was involved in student politics and media. After university, she worked in PR before becoming an entrepreneur.
Love Home Swap
Wosskow founded Love Home Swap in 2011, a home exchange platform for holidays. The company grew to 100,000 members across 160 countries before being acquired by Wyndham Destinations (one of the world's largest travel companies).
AllBright for Women
After the acquisition, Wosskow co-founded AllBright in 2017 with Anna Jones — a platform and members' club dedicated to connecting and advancing professional women. AllBright opened physical clubs in London and digital programming worldwide.
OBE and Beyond
Wosskow was awarded an OBE for services to business. She also chaired a government review on the sharing economy. Her career demonstrates how entrepreneurs can build multiple successful ventures while advancing causes they care about.
